However, your boots need a hand from time to time to maintain the natural moisture in the leather. The key to your boots performing at their best year after year.
Especially curated for use with leather boots with waterproof linings, our all inclusive aftercare kits include everything you could need to keep your boots performing at their best.

Delivery & Returns
Size Exchange
It can often be hard picking out the right size for you while shopping online. However we have done our best to put the most accurate UK size to our boots, as they are all made on European lasts.
When you receive your boots, put on your usual boot sock and wear your boots around the house. If you think a different size would be best for you, we are always more than happy to swap them out for a better size. Simply get in touch with the Brandecosse team and we will arrange this for you. Once you have returned your boots, we will ship a replacement pair free of charge.
Boots must be returned in their original packaging and include a completed returns form. Download our returns form.
If you do not have a printer, please include a note inside the box detailing the below;
- Name
- Address
- Order Number
- Reason for return
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Brandecosse Ltd, The Old Bank, 12 Main Street, St Johns Town of Dalry, Dumfries & Galloway, DG7 3UW.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Locations:
Brandecosse Ltd offers free delivery to locations in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man on any order over £100. For all other delivery destinations, carriage will be added as per the location selected at the checkout. We will ship internationally however only offer free delivery for select locations.
EU orders
Minimum order value of €150 for all EU member states.

Refund Policy
Refunds/Returns/Warranty Claims and Exchanges.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Brandecosse, you may return it to us by completing the Returns Slip enclosed in with your order within 14 days under The Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regs 2013 (Distance Contracts). The 14 days starting the day after the day on which the last of the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or the person that they ask you to deliver the goods. Returned good must be in an unworn and saleable condition for a refund or exchange. Thus meaning, we cannot refund any boots which have been worn outside. Cost of this return to Brandecosse Ltd will be borne by the customer but we will happily send the correct size replacements without additional carriage charges. Please be careful to return the goods in their original box or packaging and we reserve the right to refuse refunds where goods are not returned in a saleable condition. Thank you for your custom.
Warranty Claims
All our boots come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty, which is in place from the moment your boots are delivered. If for any reason you believe your boots have a manufacturer default, please get in touch with the Brandecosse team. We will then request that your boots are sent back for inspection, which will allow us to make a decision on your warranty claim.
We WILL NOT inspect any boot which are sent back in a dirty condition. Boots should be washed down before sending out. We reserve the right to return any pair of boot which are send back in a dirty condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Bought the Fagiano boots about a month ago as a Christmas present to myself. Have been waiting to post a review until they have had a decent run out in the field.
Having now worn them about a dozen times whilst tramping around our shooting area I can honestly say they are currently living up to all my expectations. They have taken very little breaking in and have been exceptionally comfortable straight out of the box. The weather over the past few days has been dreadful (ideal if you are testing waterproof boots) so I am confident they have been given a thorough trial. So far, feet have remained warm and dry and the boots look as good as new.
May well pop back in a couple of months to update this review but so far a resounding 5 out of 5.

NB. I have just ordered a pair of the Rubicon – if they are close to the Cervo they will beat the deteriorating quality & performance of the other offerings I have been disappointed with of late. Maybe good for “festivals” and parks but won’t last with brambles etc. in the field.

I have been wearing the Cervo for three years, they are a top quality boot that works. Yes you have to break them in a bit, but the effort is worth the reward. Warm , comfortable and they have never leaked or left my feet cold. They will last you a lifetime.

These are an outstanding boot of quality, I am into my third season of beating, loading as a full time gamekeeper, during the season they get worn up to six days a week, they are 100% water proof and continue to be so, I have never had a boot last for this amount of time before! yes they are a little more expensive than some of there rivals but you pay for what you get.
